Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and track urgent shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Communicate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment movement.
- Prepare and maintain shipment documents and records.
- Update shipment status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
- Assist with rate coordination and preparing quotations for urgent shipments.
- Support the Time Critical Operations team to maintain service quality.
- Learn processes for air and ground logistics, customs, and express shipment handling.
- Follow company procedures, timelines, and customer service standards.
