Responsibilities:

  • Manage effectiveness and efficiency of all processes of air export customer service to meet company policy and customer requirements.
  • Deliver all operations of the air export customer services team to ensure daily operations efficiencies and achieve objectives.
  • Should have knowledge of the Export Documentation process
  • Checking shipment status and updating it in the system and to customers and agents.
  • Contacting nominated customers for nomination shipments
  • Coordinating with docs, pricing, and ops departments
  • Follow up for air inquiries and Quotation to customers
  • Monitoring shipment documentation
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

Location

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in airfreight operations and customer service roles
  • Knowledge of documentation, procedures, and rules for air cargo transportation.
  • Experience with ERP is essential
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Good relations with airlines.
