Responsibilities:
- Manage effectiveness and efficiency of all processes of air export customer service to meet company policy and customer requirements.
- Deliver all operations of the air export customer services team to ensure daily operations efficiencies and achieve objectives.
- Should have knowledge of the Export Documentation process
- Checking shipment status and updating it in the system and to customers and agents.
- Contacting nominated customers for nomination shipments
- Coordinating with docs, pricing, and ops departments
- Follow up for air inquiries and Quotation to customers
- Monitoring shipment documentation
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
